Besides surgery or taking expensive pills that who knows if they work or not…ive been wokin out alot..i am 17 years old. i am 6’3 and weigh 180 or so and cant seem to make it go away completley,when i was younger, like a couple of years ago i was pretty fat and it is better now than it was then but it is still aggervating.I am looking for somthing i can do without letting anyone know that im wrokin on it..it is very personal and your help would be greatley appreciated..

Sorry, only surgery is the cure. If you are not sure if it pseudo-gyno or actual gyno, the best thing to do is to let your doctor know and they can check it out for you. It is best to let them know anyway because it may be something medically wrong with you that is causing it. If that is the case, then surgery will only get rid of it for a while and it will come back. If the doctor tells you that it is gyno, you can usually have the surgery for about $5,000. I am going to have the surgery in about two weeks. I am like you. I had it really bad when I was about 12 and 13, then it started to go away. It never went completely away, but it was less noticeable. When I was 22, it started to come back. I tried everything to get to go away. Then somebody suggested that I get it checked out. The doctor said that it was gyno and that he was not sure why it came back like it did. He told it was common in men and not to worry about it, whatever.
